Are you a recent graduate looking to be a part of a promising project or are you looking for some work experience in a foreign country? As part of our growth plans, we are looking to extend our team and recruit a marketing intern.

These are exciting times at HypeLabs and your role will be to execute our marketing strategy. You will be working in Porto, in a young and dynamic environment, where you will have a lot of freedom to manage your own work and time. The experience will be challenging and highly rewarding, as you will have to adapt to a rapidly changing environment where you will learn something new every day.

About the company:

Since being founded in 2014, HypeLabs has been under the guidance of, amongst others, the Thiel Foundation, AngelPad, and Ericsson. The company has successfully developed an integratable multi-transport SDK for mobile, desktop, and IoT platforms. In a nutshell, it enables all kinds of devices to directly connect, even when there is no internet available. The team is growing fast, and is made up of passionate and driven people with high ambitions.


Execute the company’s marketing strategy while identifying marginal gains and growth hacking opportunities.
Produce, edit, and revise high quality content including website copy, blog articles, fact sheets, guides, webinars and videos.
Distribute content across a variety of channels to generate new quality leads.
Management of social channels.
Work alongside the Sales team and Technical team to execute product marketing initiatives.
Execute and review email marketing strategies that drive lead conversion, customer retention and loyalty to grow the business.
Manage, analyse and track all our campaign effectiveness.
Assist in delivering Search Engine Optimisation (SEO) and Conversion Rate Optimisation (CRO) via best practices across all web assets.


Perfectly fluent in English (written and spoken) and have outstanding communication, copywriting, and editing skills.
Self-starter with a hands-on approach, strong initiative and enthusiasm.
Flexible, fast-learner, and comfortable with managing your work independently.
Exceptional accuracy and attention to detail.
Commercial and analytical mind, comfortable setting metrics and tracking marketing performance.

Extra Skills:

Some experience in the development of B2B marketing plans, as well as in hands-on execution of marketing initiatives.
Artistic eye: skills in Photoshop or Illustrator.
Fluent in other languages.
