As our Director of Happiness, you will be responsible for creating and maintaining the very best environment for our talented people to thrive in. We want to create a spiritual home for our community, a place where our people come to work, rest and play. Where they feel looked after, happy and part of a connected team, in an inspiring, fast-paced and beautiful environment.

• Design and create a beautiful office environment that promotes excellence, agility, fun and happiness – meeting and exceeding the diverse needs of our individuals;
• Develop a close relationship with colleagues, addressing their enquires, suggestions and concerns and proactively planning ahead wherever possible;
• Build a first-class office administration team to support you - training and leading them to great things!
• Develop, monitor and update an active ‘change plan’ to meet ambitious growth requirements;
• Define and implement ways of ensuring the successful day-to-day performance and maintenance of all office equipment;
• Create and manage an annual budget and operations plan, adjusting intelligently where required;
• Supervise and manage day-to-day office operations;
• Keep on top of all relevant legal matters and implement office environment policies to ensure compliance (for example, health & safety);
• Liaise with our suppliers and our wider communities to ensure everything runs smoothly;
• Assist with the planning and organization of office events.

• A relevant degree or equivalent experience;
• Excellent English – both spoken and written;
• Availability to travel for short periods of time;
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office;
• Speaking German would be an advantage.
